Operating from a dedicated personal training gym based at the Prince of Wales Sports Stadium in the heart of Cheltenham I have access to a fully equipped facility with cardiovascular and resistance machines, along with a wide selection of functional equipment.
For those that would rather train at home or outdoors I have the ability to bring the gym to you with an array of equipment, aimed at creating an atmosphere that you're comfortable with. So if your a little shy and/or body conscious then this maybe something to consider (subject to location and availability).
