Barbell ladies

Gyms can be daunting at the best of times, the free weights area (which I like to call ‘Man Zone), even more so, with only the occasional woman braving the elements and joining the men in this area. Lifting weights takes good technique along with confidence and belief that you are doing it correctly. Barbell Ladies is a 6 week program which covers the fundamentals of lifting free weights. It will empower you and give you the confidence to step into the free weights area, formally known 'Man Zone', as above and incorporate what you have learnt over the last 6 weeks


The 6 week program is broken down into weekly sessions (1 session per week) where you learn corrective technique on how to lift, improving confidence and knowledge of free weights.

The program will be structured and you will receive a certificate on completion of 6 week program. The program was a great success when Personal Training at Pure Gym Gloucester and pleased to be able the offer the same program on a one to basis, as a group or online.

Cost £210 

On going sessions will be available to those who complete the program with an emphasis on improving your PB on the exercises you have been shown.
